What does the warranty cover and how long does it last?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all eyewear, covering soldering points that fail due to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
  • Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (e.g., knocks, crushing, dents, broken glass), or accidents.
  • Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear, including consumables (components expected to require periodic replacement during the product's lifespan).

To validate the warranty, contact our customer care team with proof of purchase and a photo of the defective product within the warranty period.

**Note*: EYEKØNIK reserves the right to deny free warranty service if the required documents are incomplete or illegible.
