Your refund will be processed once we have received your return. You can track your return parcel using the tracking number provided from your pre-paid label.
After receiving the returned item(s), processing your return request can take up to 7 business days.
If you have requested a refund and paid with a credit card, you will either:
- Receive a direct refund visible on the account linked to your credit card, or
- The bank might cancel the original transaction. Neither the original transaction nor a refund will be visible as the transaction has been deleted. Please monitor your credit card transactions to ensure you receive your refund or the original transaction is canceled.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once issued, the refund will be effective within 1 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
